ABOUT

GENERIC_ERROR is insulin dependent, disabled, queer, and an artist. Their art takes many forms, including video, performance, code, and electronics. Their work questions the logic of computer based devices, like insulin pumps, that aim to use algorithms to automate labor, care, and decision making. They explore this through failure and destruction to reveal how computer systems operate and the assumptions and values embedded within them by their designers.
